What organization does: Adult Basic Skills Program at PCC serves adults ages 18 and older who have not completed high school. Minors, ages 16-17, may also enroll provided they have been: out of school for six months or the local school superintendent provides written permission for their enrollment and their guardian signs a release for them to enroll in the program. English as a Second Language for foreign born students to acquire reading, listening and oral communication skills.
